Sergio and Lidia have been my friends for over 35 years. Sergio and I both shared a love of the accordion. He was 25 years older than me and I thrived on his wisdom, advice and friendship. Lidia and Sergio treated me like royalty. There hospitality was unequalled. I shared many a happy afternoon, playing the accordion and enjoying Lidia's delicious cooking. Sergio was an expert accordion repairman. He would, until recently, scour the flea-markets for accordions to buy and repair. I learned many a repair secret from him. Needless to say, I will miss him very much. My deepest condolences to his wonderful wife Lidia and to his family. Sincerely, Carl Restivo MD
