Condolence: My wife and I met Bill at North Texas State University in 1986. He was a dear friend and brother in Christ. I think about him often. He was a good friend and I have and will continue to miss him until we both face our Lord Jesus Christ together in heaven. Goodbye Bill.

Condolence: We would like to send our condolences to the Certo family. Bill will always be remembered as a man who loved his family, friends, and most importantly, the Lord. We are thankful to God for our friendship with him at Calvary Baptist Church and also for his musical talents. We praise God for His promise of salvation through Christ and therefore we look forward to seeing Bill again on the other side!

Condolence: We met Bill at Calvary Baptist Church in Aberdeen and enjoyed his friendship. When we moved away, it was good to keep up on facebook. We will remember him as a tech-savvy guy who enjoyed doing radio. He was a kind-hearted man with a strong conviction.

Condolence: There will never be a way to fully explain all that Bill brought to us - to Sayreville - to family and friends. His passing brings a true sense of loss - to say "he was a great guy" may seem trite - but a thesaurus of wonderful words could still never say it all. His kindness, generosity, humor, devotion, friendship, are just the tip of the iceberg. I doubt that there are any who knew him that did not consider his friendship a meaningful gift. We will miss him...but we will not forget him.

Our deepest sympathies to all his family, friends and loved ones. It is a painful moment for all of us.
