Mildred “Millie” Bellina age 83 of South Amboy passed away Wednesday May 18, 2016 at her home with her loving and devoted husband at her side. Born in Newark she had resided in Maplewood before moving to South Amboy 17 years ago. Before her retirement 26 years ago she was employed as a bank reconciliation supervisor for N.J. Transit in Maplewood where she worked for 32 years. Millie was a member of the South Amboy Seniors, Friends of South Amboy Library and past president of Shore Gate Village Condo Association. Mrs. Bellina was a communicant of Saint Mary’s R. C. Church in South Amboy.

She is predeceased by her son Joseph Tylka and her parents Joseph & Ann Zlydasek. Surviving is her husband of 57 years John “Jack” Bellina and several nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday 9am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9:30am mass at Saint Mary’s R. C. Church in South Amboy with PRIVATE entombment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park Mausoleum, Union.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Sunday from 2pm to 6pm.
