James W. Mills age 55 of Old Bridge died Tuesday September 15, 2015 in Sayreville. Born in Camden, he had resided in Old Bridge for the past 30 years. Mr. Mills was employed as an Iron Worker through the International Brotherhood of Iron Workers Local 11 in Bloomfield for the past 17 years and prior to that he worked for Sunshine Biscuit Company in Sayreville for 18 years. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and a communicant of Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville.

He is predeceased by his son James Mills in 2012 and his parents Ernest W. and Dolores Mills. Surviving are his wife Theresa G. Iacouzzi Mills, his son and spouse Justin & John M. Iacouzzi of Old Bridge, his siblings and their spouses Ernest L. & Cathy Mills, Nancy & Chris Lownes, Florence & Peter Brown and Jean Mills.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9:30am mass at Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
