Marie Horvath, age 52, of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Tuesday March 31, 2015 at Saint Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in New Brunswick, she was raised in South River, moving to Parlin in 1988. Mrs. Horvath was employed as a consumer complaint supervisor for Bristol Myers Squibb in North Brunswick for the past 35 years.

She is predeceased by her father Raymond Mendoker. Surviving are her husband of 30 years Glenn Horvath, her children Glenn Jr., Melanie and Luke Horvath all of Parlin, her mother Irene Krzywicki Mendoker of Parlin, her sister Lynette Cucco and her husband Joseph of East Brunswick, her father & mother in law Richard & Mary Horvath of Spotswood, her brother in laws Richard Horvath of Pennsylvania and Robert Horvath and his wife Robin of South River and her nieces and nephews Keith Scheetz, Christina Cucco, Lauren, Robert and Michael Horvath.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 8:15am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9am Liturgy Of The Word at Saint Mary of Ostrabrama R. C. Church in South River with burial to follow at Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations in Marie’s memory be made to Sayreville BIC 251 Jernee Mill Road, Sayreville, N.J. 08872.
