Obituary for Lucy Strelczyk
Franklin Park
Lucy Pilc Strelczyk, age 90 of Franklin Park, passed away Wednesday January 14, 2015 at Princeton Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Poland, she had lived in VT for many years, before moving to NJ. Before her retirement, Mrs. Strelczyk was a seamstress and dress designer for many years.
She is predeceased by her husband Paul J. Strelczyk and her son in law Dr. Sardar Iqbal Walia.
Surviving are her daughter Lucie Walia of Franklin Park, her son Andrew Strelczyk of New Hampshire, her sister Eugenia Glinski of Ledgewood, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday 3pm at the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave., South River, with a private cremation to follow.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2pm to 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 22718 Oklahoma City OK 73123-1718
