Josephine Klein age 98 of Sayreville passed away Monday December 22, 2014 at Rivers Edge Rehab Center, Raritan. Born is Sayreville she was a lifelong borough resident. Before her retirement she was employed by Brodsky and Sons in South River as a seamstress for forty years. Josephine was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, the Sayreville Senior Citizens, the St. Joseph’s Lodge and was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C Church in Sayreville where she was member of the Rosary Society.

She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Klein, her parents John and Mary Gnacek, her brothers Joseph, Walter and Edward Gnacek, her sisters Catherine Gnacek and Genevieve Slater. Josephine is survived by many nieces nephews, her two grandchildren Joseph and Michele Sieling and her daughter Arlene and son in law Fredrick Sieling.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 9:30am at the Maliszewski Memorial Home with a 10am mass being offered at St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C Church in Sayreville. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
