South River
Nadya Cupryk age 58 of South River passed away Sunday April 5, 2015 at Care One of East Brunswick. Born in New Brunswick she has resided in South River for her entire life. Before her retirement in 2014 she was employed by the South River Board of Education as an administrative assistant for 12 years and prior to that for Pulaski Savings in South River as assistant vice president. Nadya was a member of Saint Euphrosynia Belarus Orthodox Church in South River.

She is predeceased by her father Gregory Artishenko. Surviving are her husband of 34 years Robert Cupryk, her mother Sophia Kaminkow Artishenko , her sisters Vera Biernacki and her husband Edward and Larysa Ligas all of South River and her nieces and nephews Leon Biernacki, Heather Ligas, Lauren Tremblay and Patrick Tremblay.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 9:30 am from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River followed by a 10am service at St Euphrosynia Belarus Orthodox Church in South River with burial to follow at Saint Euphrosynia Cemetery, South River.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Tuesday from 6pm to 9pm. Panahida services with choir will be held Tuesday 7pm at the funeral home.
